Production Manager ad interim

Function

As a production manager you:

• Guarantee the safety of your staff and all those working in your production workshops;
• Guarantee the quality management system for two sites;
• Ensure compliance with the production plan in order to deliver the customers on time and in the quantities expected;
• Contribute to the reporting of production progress and the traceability of information;
• Manage and develop your team, comprising several production brigadiers and around fifty operators;
• Act as an interface between the Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, HR, Purchasing, Sales, Industrialization and Design departments;
• Analyze and improve assembly processes for the mechanical, electronic and pyrotechnic components;
• Are highly field-oriented, with a strong affinity for continuous improvement approaches (5S, TPM, Visual Management, VSM, etc.).
