Freelance Psychologist

Job description 

To reinforce our Talent Management Public Sector consultant pool we are looking for experts:  

• As a freelance psychologist you will be involved in the selection process for our clients.  
• You will conduct interviews with candidates for dedicated client projects.  
• You provide qualitative reports based on the information collected during the interview, psychometric tests and on your analysis of the candidate’s profile.  

Profile 

• You have a Master’s degree in Psychology from a European Union Country (or recognized as equivalent). 
• You are fluent in English speaking and writing (min B2 level). Having a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus. 
• You have at least 6 years of working experience (acquired after obtaining your Master’s degree).  
• You deliver high-quality and value trust and good cooperation. 
• Your involvement is flexible according to your availabilities; you could engage to work from anywhere between 1 to 5 days in a week, for projects that have a lead time of 6 weeks on average. The projects will take place several times per year and this, for the next years.

• You’ll get familiarized with our psychometric tests and the correct interpretation and reporting of the results.  
• You can work in a flexible way, out of home, because the interviews you will conduct are fully remote via Microsoft Teams.
