Transformation Manager ad interim

The Assignment

The client is undergoing a complex, organization-wide transformation where existing processes need to be optimized and aligned. This includes the implementation of new systems, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration across various departments. The transformation must be not only strategically sound but also practically executable and sustainably implemented. 

Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced transformation expert with a proven track record in leading large-scale change initiatives. The ideal candidate has expertise in business process redesign, data governance, and workforce management in a complex, regulated environment. He/she can translate strategy into concrete action points and effectively align multiple stakeholders. 

Must-Haves

• At least 10 years of experience in transformation projects
• In-depth knowledge of operational and support processes in a regulated sector
• Strong expertise in business process redesign and information management
• Experience with the implementation and integration of IT support systems
• Hands-on approach and ability to guide teams through change (‘fix the basics’)
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English

Additionally…

• Provide at least one reference project that demonstrably aligns with the assignment, executed between 2021 and now, with a minimum duration of 12 months.
