For an international leader in the sustainable energy industry, we are looking for an experienced Head of Process Department ad interim. You will lead an international team of approximately 10 specialists, focusing on the development and optimization of process safety and control within complex industrial projects.
Context:
- Lead and coach an international team.
- Ensure process safety and compliance with international standards.
- Develop internal processes, templates, and design documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in process safety and control within the oil & gas, chemical, or related industries.
- Proven leadership experience managing international teams.
- In-depth knowledge of international standards (EN, ISO, ASME) and expertise in simulation software (Symmetry, ASPEN).
- Strong communication, analytical, and results-driven skills.
- Fully proficient in English & French
Location: Liège (province) & remote
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months, extendable
