For a leading organization in technical services, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager ad interim. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational management of customer projects. This interim assignment will be carried out while awaiting a permanent hire. The focus is on ensuring business-as-usual (BAU) KPIs while also placing significant and essential attention on the well-being of the team.
You take the lead in external stakeholder management and act as the primary point of contact for the client. You maintain an ongoing dialogue to optimize collaboration.
You bear operational responsibility for planning, results, and service delivery, ensuring they align with agreed KPIs.
You oversee high-level planning, efficiency, and production while ensuring precise financial monitoring (P&L responsibility). Additionally, you conduct ad hoc analyses to enhance operational efficiency.
You maintain an overview of the financial status of your teams and report this to the client.
You serve as an escalation point and coordinate the follow-up of action points across various projects.
You monitor capacity needs within the projects and proactively anticipate future requirements.

You have over 10 years of experience in people management within a technical environment.
You possess excellent people and coaching skills and actively contribute to the development and well-being of your team.
You have experience with P&L management, price negotiations, reporting, and financial analyses.
You are fluent in French (native or excellent second language) and have a good command of English or Dutch.

Duration: This interim assignment will last until a permanent hire is made, with an expected duration of 4 to 6 months.
