Head of Public Affairs ad Interim

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement our Public Affairs strategy to strengthen our position as Europe’s leading food innovation initiative.
• Build and maintain relationships with key EU institutions, Member States, and relevant stakeholders, promoting a favorable policy environment.
• Lead engagement initiatives with European Commission departments, the European Parliament, and trade associations, supporting our strategic goals.
• Manage and oversee public affairs activities, including budget, supplier, and contract management.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to key events like the Future of Food Conference.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in European studies, international relations, law, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in EU Public Affairs, with strong knowledge of EU policy-making processes.
• Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, team management, and matrixed organizational work.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.

Language:

Proficiency in English required.
