Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in project coordination? Our client is looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to ensure smooth administrative and operational support throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all project documentation, including plans, reports, and contracts.
  • Organize and track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Act as the central point of communication between project stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and administrative standards.
  • Support the project team with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks. 

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is an asset.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. 

Practicalities:

  • Duration: 6 months.
  • Location: Charleroi area
