A fast-growing international company in the pharmaceutical and medical sector, currently professionalizing and expanding globally.

Your Role

You will optimize sales performance and support the Sales Directors and a team of 15-20 employees. You will develop and implement methodologies, tools, and structures to promote a structured, results-driven sales approach.

Additionally, you will lead the implementation of a Key Account and Customer Management (KACMA) framework and ensure strategic alignment within the organization. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales optimization methodologies and KPIs.
  • Support Sales Directors in strategy and execution.
  • Establish and manage a KACMA framework.
  • Improve CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Analyze market trends and manage stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and reporting structures.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in sales performance within the pharmaceutical or medical sector.
  • Experience in service sales and international growth.
  • Strong analytical and change management skills.
  • Native French (or close), fluent English,

Practicalities

  • 3 days/week
  • 1 to 2 days Paris office
