Context
As the company undergoes significant transformations and seeks to optimize its operations, they recognize the need for a Senior Change Manager to drive these initiatives forward. The role is crucial in ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly, both within the organization and with external stakeholders. The Senior Change Manager will play a pivotal part in managing the complexities of these transformations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Change Management: Prepare, initiate, define, implement, and embed change management for transformations.
- Change Portfolio: Monitor transformations and advise on optimal implementation scenarios.
- Implementation: Collaborate and implement defined change actions.
- Advisory: Gather information, conduct impact analyses, and provide advice for decision-making.
- Communication: Organize and manage communications, consultation platforms, and discussion forums for target groups.
- Expertise: Acquire, maintain, and share expertise within the domain.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in coordinating, communicating, and facilitating third-party management and external stakeholders (5+ years).
- Proven experience with ADKAR change methodology.
- Proven experience in portfolio management.
- Experience in the energy sector.
- Experience in change management and guiding change trajectories .
- Strong communication skills demonstrated during interviews.
- Language proficiency: Dutch, French, and English at CEFR level C2.
- Ability to rely on own organization or others for necessary knowledge and support.
